This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• HR Onboarding Specialist responsible for overseeing onboarding, compliance, and occupational requirements for all new hires.
• A vital component of the organization, ensuring an enhanced experience for new employees.
• Oversee onboarding and occupational health requirements for the designated portfolio.
• Develop and uphold standard operating procedures for the assigned portfolio.
• Analyze occupational health medical results and identify necessary vaccinations.
• Engage in conversations with new hires to guide them through the onboarding process.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience to all new employees.
• Verify onboarding requirements for accuracy and assess employment eligibility.
• Maintain a consistent partnership with Talent Acquisition Leadership.
• Handle challenging conversations with a high level of discretion.
• Stay informed about internal and external system integrations.
• Continuously improve and implement onboarding controls and audits.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in a related field.
• Experience in talent onboarding is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• CRCR Certification is required, or a commitment to obtain it within 9 months of hire.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
