This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Facilitate live onboarding sessions and product training for customers based in the US.
• Conduct training sessions for Romify Hub Admins and Mobile App End Users.
• Assist customers in setting up the platform, configuring events, managing users, and implementing best practices.
• Support customers in comprehending workflows and practical use cases.
• Ensure clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers through Virtual Meetings and email.
• Aid the Customer Support team with basic troubleshooting and managing support tickets.
• Keep precise notes and follow-up documentation in HubSpot.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Technical teams across various functions.
• Contribute to strong customer adoption and ensure positive onboarding experiences.
• An associate degree in business, human resources, psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in a SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success position.
• Proven capability to work independently while juggling multiple onboarding processes.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, motivation, and resilience under pressure.
• Proficient in utilizing onboarding systems, spreadsheets, and compliance tracking tools.
• Capable of working professionally across various divisions.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
• Experience in conducting virtual training sessions or onboarding calls.
• Background in fast-paced startup or technology environments.
