This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Lead the Onboarding Experience: Oversee the onboarding journey for new hires, emphasizing compliance and efficient documentation, including the verification and preparation of employment packages.
• Comprehensive Responsibility: Take ownership of the entire employee onboarding process, fulfilling all operational requirements to ensure a seamless and successful experience, while effectively addressing employee inquiries throughout.
• Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to provide a smooth experience for both clients and their employees.
• Ongoing Enhancement: Continuously strive to identify and implement improvements to the onboarding experience, proactively anticipating and responding to changing needs.
• Data Management Expertise: Oversee and safeguard employee data, ensuring the accuracy, security, and compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Compliance Support: Assist in reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives to maintain our commitment to operational excellence.
• Promote Automation: Recognize and advocate for automation opportunities to enhance onboarding processes, increasing efficiency and scalability.
• Extensive Operational Background: You possess a robust background in operational roles, with a deep understanding of people operations, particularly in employment and legal contracting.
• Contractual Acumen: Skilled in managing employment contracts and similar legally binding documents, especially within the HR or people management domain.
• Flexibility: You thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments, ideally in startups or rapidly growing companies, and are invigorated by evolving challenges.
• Collaborative Attitude: A genuine team player who values collective success and shows a strong sense of ownership. You perform well independently and seek assistance proactively when necessary.
• Outstanding Communication Skills: Proficient in both written and spoken English at a professional level, with a sharp attention to detail and clarity in documentation and communication, ensuring accurate and professional information delivery across diverse audiences. Additional languages are a plus.
• Technologically Proficient and Adaptable: Adept at utilizing various collaboration tools for effective asynchronous work, with the ability to learn and adapt to new and evolving systems.
• Independent and Cooperative: Capable of working autonomously and seamlessly within a fast-paced, remote international team while juggling multiple priorities. Open to flexible hours to accommodate global needs as required.
• Familiarity with Essential Tools: Experience with communication, documentation, and project management platforms such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk, and Google Workspace (G-Suite) or similar tools.
• Knowledge and Content Management Skills: Proficient in organizing, maintaining, and updating knowledge and content resources to ensure accessibility and accuracy, enhancing team efficiency and seamless information flow.
