This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead Implementations: Oversee comprehensive product implementation projects for Eltropy’s clients, ensuring effective deployment, integration, and adoption of our solutions.
• Customer-Centric Delivery: Maintain a steadfast commitment to customer success and satisfaction, guaranteeing that Eltropy’s solutions align with client business objectives and provide measurable value.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively across departments, partnering closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure project goals, customer needs, and product roadmap alignment.
• Project Management Excellence: Leverage strong organizational and project management capabilities to establish clear scope, aligned expectations, and accountability among internal and external stakeholders, steering projects to successful completion in a positive and collaborative environment.
• Process Improvement & Scalability: Identify and implement enhancements to existing professional services processes, tools, and methodologies, fostering consistency, efficiency, and scalability as Eltropy continues to expand.
• Extensive Implementation Experience: Demonstrated hands-on experience in actively implementing, integrating, and managing complex SaaS products - experience with AI products is a significant advantage.
• B2B SaaS Enterprise Experience: Experience working at SaaS startups and scale-ups focusing on B2B clients (preferably within Fintech). Understanding of how professional services teams operate both internally and externally is essential.
• Adaptability to Growth: Experience and comfort in a fast-paced, changing company environment ("decent process but significant work needed to deliver consistency and build internal capabilities"). Enthusiasm for contributing to process development is crucial.
• Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural talent for educating, articulating complex ideas clearly, and influencing stakeholders across all levels.
• Collaborative Spirit: A strong collaborative approach, proven ability to build strong relationships, and effectively mentor others.
• Results-Oriented Project Management: Highly organized, meticulous, and skilled at achieving alignment, setting clear expectations, and holding teams accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive attitude.
• Process-Driven Mindset: A strong focus on identifying efficiencies, documenting best practices, and developing scalable strategies for professional services delivery.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field. A Master's degree or relevant industry certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, specific UCaaS/CCaaS vendor certifications) is a significant plus.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of overall experience in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Implementation roles within the SaaS sector.
• Direct experience with customer implementation projects related to UCaaS/CCaaS technology.
• Familiarity with concepts such as APIs, DNS, VPN, and sFTP.
• Active user of LLM/ML, with experience in prompting, call flow design, and consumer conversation design.
