Onboarding Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Establish connections between new suppliers' inventory systems and autoparts.com to ensure their products are showcased and available for order.

• Evaluate each connection to verify that inventory is visible and accessible.

• Modify the onboarding procedure to accommodate suppliers with varying systems and ordering methods.

• Independently navigate the onboarding and testing processes.

• Submit the necessary English proficiency documentation, complete the Coconut VA profile, and produce an introduction video as part of the application process.

• Proven experience in connecting new suppliers' inventory systems to autoparts.com.

• Capability to test connections and ensure inventory visibility and accessibility.

• Skill in customizing onboarding processes for suppliers with diverse systems and ordering procedures.

• Confidence in system connections and managing supplier onboarding.

• Ability to deliver quick results without compromising quality.

• Diligence and the ability to independently manage onboarding and testing tasks.

• Web or front-end development experience is advantageous.

• Experience in database structuring and maintenance is beneficial.

• Broader back-end or IT administration skills are a plus.

• Experience in Google Workspace management is advantageous.

• Familiarity with API integration.

• Knowledge of Nexpart would be a valuable asset.

• CEFR English proficiency level must be included in the application.

• Resume should adhere to the Coconut VA Profile Template and be in English.

• A 1-minute introduction video, preferably created using Loom, with a functioning link is required.
