This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Facilitate the complete onboarding process for new employees
• Assist candidates in completing and verifying their new hire documentation
• Conduct and evaluate background checks to ensure compliance
• Oversee onboarding paperwork and maintain digital records in OnTarget
• Organize and coordinate necessary training sessions
• Act as a liaison between new employees and internal departments
• Monitor and update candidate pipelines using applicant tracking and hiring systems
• Provide weekly updates to management regarding onboarding and hiring statistics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in human resources or onboarding
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities
• Knowledgeable about state and federal hiring regulations and labor laws
