Onboarding Consultant I, SMB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize Toast product expertise and project management capabilities to collaborate with restaurant owners throughout the Go-Live phase.

• Develop best practices for the efficient management of daily restaurant operations.

• Conduct remote site evaluations to identify networking requirements.

• Execute onboarding remotely and document the installation process of the Toast POS system.

• Design and implement an onboarding training program for restaurant personnel.

• Oversee multiple onboarding projects concurrently.

• Deliver remote Go-Live support to assist customers during their initial usage days.
