Onboarding Consultant I, Guest

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Utilize your expertise in Toast products and project management to collaborate with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase, creating onboarding plans that ensure a high-quality implementation experience within the set timeline and budget.

• Empower restaurant owners and their teams to effectively use Toast to establish best practices for managing daily restaurant operations, including labor and food cost management, table turnover rates, and guest relationships.

• Conduct remote site assessments to identify the networking requirements of our clients before installation and communicate these needs to the project team.

• Facilitate remote onboarding while documenting the installation of the Toast POS system, adhering to Toast best practices and noting any deviations identified during the design phase of the project.

• Develop and lead a comprehensive onboarding training plan for the entire restaurant staff, focusing on how to maximize the Toast product tailored to their business and workflow, emphasizing operational efficiencies that enhance both guest and staff experiences.

• Oversee multiple onboarding engagements concurrently, managing a substantial portfolio of onboarding business (80+ restaurants) within your region.

• Ensure a seamless transition, providing remote Go-Live support to assist and guide customers during their initial days of system usage through post-live remote assistance, troubleshooting issues, or offering follow-up training.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a position focused on customer satisfaction and business operations, such as a Restaurant General Manager.

• Demonstrated success in operating autonomously and managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed set goals consistently.

• Strong communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
