Onboarding Analyst – Customer Training

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate training sessions focused on taxation, tax regulations, and fiscal responsibilities;

• Assist clients in the process of issuing service and/or product invoices;

• Clarify the functionality of the Contajá platform;

• Ensure clients embark on their operations with assurance and a clear understanding of their tax procedures;

• Recognize common challenges and suggest enhancements to training methodologies;

• Provide a friendly and inviting experience at the beginning of the customer journey.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of customer retention techniques;

• Intermediate abilities in data analysis and reporting;

• Familiarity with communication tools and CRM software;

• Knowledge of tax planning, payroll, and accounting principles;

• Awareness of company registration, amendment, and dissolution procedures;

• Basic skills in Customer Success (CS) and Customer Experience (CX);

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
