This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

• Actively engage with restaurant customers to onboard them onto the Sauce platform using the established checklist.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to proactively address their needs as they arise.

• Operate in an organized manner to effectively manage and resolve issues that may occur.

• Handle and support live assistance requests from the Customer Success and/or Sales teams.

• Upload links across various platforms such as WordPress, GoDaddy, Square, and others.

• Constantly communicate with the Customer Success and/or Sales teams to stay informed about their current customers and potential new onboardings.

• Provide daily Google support.

• Keep your Hubspot Onboarding (OB) ticket board well-organized.

• You possess strong B2B communication skills and are confident when speaking with business owners or executives.

• Previous sales experience is highly desirable, as our onboarding team is responsible for upselling new products and renewals to customers!

• Proficient in English, with bilingual capabilities (English + Spanish) being a significant advantage.

• You are a dedicated worker, a quick learner, and excel at staying organized with your responsibilities.

• You work swiftly and efficiently, as the onboarding team operates at a fast pace at times.

• Experience in the restaurant industry, particularly with owners and managers, is a considerable advantage!

• Familiarity with Hubspot, Aircall, and/or Slack is also a notable plus.
