Onboarding Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily client meetings to collect information and foster strong relationships.

• Establish and configure Uplinq and QuickBooks Online accounts to guarantee smooth integration with our bookkeeping systems.

• Assess signed proposals against actual requirements; suggest adjustments to scope and pricing.

• Oversee onboarding schedules, deliverables, and client expectations.

• Resolve issues and enhance configurations.

• Work in partnership with clients and internal teams to transition accounts into ongoing support with the Accounting Specialists team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing accounting or onboarding position.

• Experience in public or multi-client accounting.

• Skilled in QuickBooks Online setup and troubleshooting.

• Strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting methods.
