On-Site SEO Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the on-site SEO strategy for all products, including landing pages, site architecture, internal linking, and URL structure.

• Manage the comprehensive topical map for the site and prioritize the content backlog based on it.

• Address the landing-page and content gaps that impact both search rankings and conversions.

• Expand our semantic SEO framework to dominate entire conversations rather than focusing on individual keywords.

• Lead, recruit, and mentor the on-site specialist team.

• Convert on-site achievements into measurable acquisition and billing results for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in on-site or content SEO for large, intricate, multi-locale websites.

• Profound knowledge of site architecture, internal linking, URL/taxonomy strategies, and large-scale landing-page optimization.

• Practical experience with topical maps and frameworks related to semantic SEO and topical authority.

• Experience in people leadership or a demonstrated readiness to transition into a team lead position.

• A commercially-focused mindset with the ability to influence across content, technical, localization, and product areas.

• Proficient in tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.
