On-site Manager, Coliving House

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Organize and design events and activities for the community.

• Create and execute marketing strategies to achieve full occupancy of the building.

• Manage inquiry calls, tours, and the application process for potential residents.

• Consistently improve the community through individual and group discussions, mediation, and conflict resolution.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team on all issues related to the physical property.

• Perform move-in and move-out inspections.

• Develop and oversee social media and marketing initiatives as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate/Property Management is not required.

• Experience in Event Planning is preferred.

• MUST have another remote job, as the rent discount is minimal due to the small size of the house and the effort to foster a community.
