On Call Data Collector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in operational testing of diverse types of security equipment positioned at airports across the nation.

• Execute manual data collection utilizing mobile handheld technologies.

• Transfer data from security equipment onto external platforms.

• Conduct interviews with equipment operators.

• Time various processes and procedures.

• Assess training provided by vendors or contractors.

• Deliver daily activity reports to site leads promptly.

• Navigate through security equipment to assess functionality and/or procedures.

• Gather data under the guidance of site, shift, or experienced data leads.

• Analyze the collected data and resolve any discrepancies noted by the site lead or data analysis team.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma accompanied by 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with no prior experience.

• Gathers data under the supervision of a site lead, shift lead, or seasoned data collector.

• Evaluates collected data to resolve anomalies highlighted by the site lead or data analysis team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Professional appearance and conduct.

• Dependable and responsible behavior, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure environments with noise and tight deadlines.

• Willingness and ability to stand for extended periods during an 8-hour shift.

• Mandatory 100% travel; each assignment may span from 2 weeks to 3 months.

• Ability to fly on any type of aircraft, including smaller planes.

• Readiness to travel to various locations across the U.S. for the duration of assignments.

• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Comfort working in confined spaces, with the ability to climb stairs and ladders, and traverse catwalks.

• Eligibility to obtain DHS suitability.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the capacity to secure a Public Trust Clearance.
