This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Align brand and retailer category goals to create customer-centric strategies that meet business objectives at designated accounts, utilizing shopper insights and historical program performance data.
• Design and implement omnichannel initiatives ranging from Retail and In-Store Shopper Tactics, such as signage, demonstrations, or direct mailers, to both 1st and 3rd party digital programs including Social through Retailer Channels, Digital Coupons, Programmatic Banners, Retail Search, etc.
• Supervise the creation and distribution of digital shelf content, using data and insights to ensure products are visible and optimized for conversion.
• Utilize external brand partnerships to enhance program effectiveness, as needed.
• Provide clear direction to creative and execution partners on activations, ensuring alignment with success criteria, messaging that corresponds with program objectives, brand IMC/style guides, and retail specifications.
• Set KPIs; leverage campaign analytics, customer consumption, and share data to refine media and assess results that positively influence sales and share growth for our brands as well as the Retailer’s category.
• Confirm that cost estimates have been approved by internal stakeholders and ensure activation plans are communicated effectively.
• Assist in customer meetings by presenting omnichannel strategies, plans, program outcomes, and other sales tools.
• Aid in budget monitoring and maintain communication with Finance partners regarding invoice processing.
• Engage in the annual customer planning process and the integrated marketing communications process to shape and develop actionable growth strategies for our brands and customers.
• Cultivate trusted partnerships, both internally and externally, to realize shared objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Business Unit Leads, Category Insights, Customer Development and Strategy, as well as Finance.
• Play a vital role in educating internal stakeholders about program performance and identifying incremental opportunities related to assigned accounts.
• Comprehend key factors influencing activation performance and proactively seek new capabilities and activation partners that can meet business goals.
• Acquire a robust understanding of Retailer strategies, category dynamics, and consumer behavior.
• Assist the team in achieving volume and profit targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in Retail Activation, ideally supporting accounts such as Walmart, Amazon, and/or Instacart.
• Over 5 years of experience in the CPG Industry or a related field.
• Proficiency in Retail Media, Shopper Media, and/or eCommerce Activation.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Preferred: MBA.
• Experience in Shopper/Retail Marketing, eCommerce, or Omnichannel Marketing.
• Background in Retail Activation.
