This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to clients regarding regulatory compliance issues associated with oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation.

• Draft and negotiate various agreements pertinent to the oil and gas sector.

• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid bar license in your residing state.

• At least 8+ years of legal practice experience, with an emphasis on oil and gas law.

• In-depth understanding of U.S. federal and state regulations governing the oil and gas industry.

• Proficiency in EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) agreements.
