This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and implement outbound sales strategies aimed at generating qualified opportunities and securing new outsourcing clients in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Take ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting to transitioning clients to implementation teams.
• Create, manage, and sustain a reliable pipeline of prospective clients through outbound campaigns, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct discovery meetings to comprehend client challenges, identify needs, and effectively position VLBPO solutions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored outsourcing proposals that align with client objectives.
• Ensure CRM accuracy, monitor sales opportunities, track engagement metrics, manage outreach campaigns, and utilize automation tools to enhance conversion rates.
• Collaborate with operations, recruiting, marketing, and leadership teams to guarantee smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Keep an eye on industry trends, competitor actions, pricing strategies, and emerging opportunities within the outsourcing and managed services sectors.
• Compile and analyze reports related to pipeline growth, conversion rates, revenue, outreach performance, and forecasting metrics.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account growth, or revenue generation within the North American market.
• Proven track record in selling BPO, outsourcing, staffing, managed services, contact center, customer support, or related service-based solutions.
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing sales pipelines from the ground up.
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Experience in conducting discovery meetings and presenting consultative business solutions.
• Solid understanding of B2B sales methodology and account-based prospecting strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• Capability to independently manage priorities and excel in a high-performance environment.
• Strong skills in reporting, forecasting, and KPI management.
• Candidates must possess hands-on experience with HubSpot, Instantly, Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, sales engagement tools, and sales automation and AI-driven prospecting tools.
