This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership and expand CookUnity's offline media initiatives across Linear TV, CTV, Online Video, Network Radio, Streaming Audio, and Podcasts, ensuring all activities yield measurable brand enhancement and customer acquisition in alignment with LTV:CAC targets.
• Formulate a strategic allocation of media resources across various channels based on target audience consumption patterns, competitive landscape insights, and KPIs by funnel stage.
• Oversee comprehensive campaign execution with meticulous attention to detail—from media planning and IO negotiation to vendor management, trafficking, measurement, and reporting.
• Direct and oversee media agency relationships with transparency and accountability—handling contract negotiations, scope definition, campaign development, and performance expectations.
• Create and implement structured testing roadmaps across creative formats, daypart optimization, audience targeting, and channel mix to foster continuous learning.
• Rigorously manage budgets and pacing; proactively identify performance risks and take decisive action without requiring approval.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting in collaboration with the Head of Growth, grounded in performance data, MMM outputs, and scenario modeling.
• Develop sophisticated measurement frameworks, including brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution, to demonstrate offline media's contribution to the funnel.
• Remain at the forefront of offline media innovation, identifying platform changes, new inventory opportunities (e.g., FAST channels, podcast networks), and measurement advancements to keep us ahead of the competition.
• Work collaboratively across teams including Creative, Analytics, Product Marketing, Legal, and channel teams to ensure brand consistency, accurate tracking, and cohesive go-to-market execution.
• 5+ years of experience in offline and digital media for direct-to-consumer or eCommerce brands, with a proven history of driving both awareness and acquisition at scale.
• Extensive expertise in offline channels (Linear TV, CTV, Audio) with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in negotiating, executing, and optimizing broadcast campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to manage substantial media budgets (ideally $10MM+/year) with a strong grasp of efficiency metrics (CPM, CPV, brand lift, LTV:CAC).
• Advanced knowledge of media measurement techniques, including MMM (Media Mix Modeling), brand lift studies, incrementality testing, and attribution frameworks.
• Experience leading agency partnerships, encompassing strategy development, performance accountability, and contract/scope management with external media partners.
• Highly analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large, complex data sets and distilling intricate inputs into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong creative judgment and brand sensibility; capable of identifying what constitutes compelling brand creative and assessing effectiveness across formats and channels.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability; proactively flag risks, spot opportunities, and advocate for your beliefs.
• Preference for system-building over quick fixes: utilize frameworks to scale your efforts and create lasting infrastructure that outlasts individual achievements.
• Detail-oriented with outstanding project management skills; adept at juggling multiple campaigns, vendors, and stakeholders without losing track.
• Inquisitive and commercially astute; approach challenges with the mindset of a growth leader, rather than merely a channel operator.
• Strong interest in media industry trends, emerging channels, and measurement innovations (including AI-driven MMM and optimization tools).
