This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversee and manage all office functions, which includes processing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
• Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel logistics for team members.
• Prepare and structure documents, reports, and presentations in an organized manner.
• Support marketing initiatives by creating and distributing promotional materials and managing social media platforms.
• Conduct research and compile data as required.
• Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is advantageous.
