This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Engage with customers to strategize, design, and implement activities aimed at fostering commercial growth within the channel.
• Enhance brand visibility, performance, and advocacy in select Off Premise accounts through strategic engagement initiatives and business-oriented solutions.
• Identify activation opportunities and recommend client brands as solutions to customers, executing those opportunities promptly and efficiently.
• Install and uphold relevant point-of-sale and printed materials within accounts, ensuring they are clean and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with store shelf standards and inventory management, including product rotation, date code checks, restocking, and reordering as needed according to planogram guidelines.
• Communicate essential brand attributes to clients, trade partners, and consumers.
• Collaborate with client commercial teams to pinpoint commercial opportunities that facilitate business expansion.
• Maintain transparent communication with client and agency stakeholders, as well as support resources.
• Execute accurate and timely management of agency initiatives, which includes budget and expense management, comprehensive reporting responsibilities, performance data tracking and management using agency-designated platforms, engagement in all internal training programs, and management of point of sale, assets, and warehouse operations.
• Adhere to all legal and marketing code guidelines.
• Assess the capacity to positively influence the brand performance of client portfolios in the stores outlined in your journey plan.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry, with ready-to-drink experience preferred.
• Confident and charismatic with outstanding personal presentation and communication skills, capable of tailoring communications for diverse Off Premise environments.
• A self-motivated individual who can develop a course of action or plan and execute it successfully with minimal supervision or oversight.
• Must reside and travel within the designated territory, with access to reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and travel as needed on an ad hoc basis, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficient in computer and tablet usage, including software applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email programs such as Outlook.
• Ability to utilize Business Information Tools, including performance dashboards, commercial sales platforms, and specialized customer tools.
• Proven success in building relationships with customers and internal associates.
• Demonstrated initiative in collecting and utilizing customer feedback to identify market needs and challenges.
• Diligent and committed to following through on all obligations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Eagerness for mentorship and a willingness to mentor others, contributing positively to team culture.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
