This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Lead business analysis and assist with the implementation of Odoo in key financial functions: accounting, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and developers/implementation partners.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; transform them into clear functional specifications and technical tasks.
• Analyze current processes and design optimized workflows according to ERP system best practices.
• Configure Odoo modules, workflows, approvals, user roles, and reporting using no-code/low-code tools.
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial and operational processes through AI-driven tools and automation solutions.
• Coordinate testing, validate implemented functionalities, and manage the problem resolution process.
• Support data migration, system launch, user onboarding, and post-launch improvements.
• Prepare process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Practical experience in implementing/administering Odoo or other ERP systems.
• Deep understanding of financial processes: accounting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Experience in requirements gathering and writing business requirements documents/functional requirements documents/user stories/technical specifications.
• Ability to map and optimize business processes using BPMN, flowcharts, Miro, Visio, or similar tools.
• Experience configuring ERP systems without programming (roles, workflows, approvals, reporting, dashboards).
• Understanding of integrations between ERP and external systems via API, banking tools, payroll, CRM, or BI systems.
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for analytics, reconciliations, and data migration.
• Practical experience using AI tools for business analysis, process optimization, workflow automation, documentation, and productivity enhancement.
