Occupational Therapist – Virtual Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver occupational therapy interventions, incorporating strategies for activities of daily living (ADL) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADL), along with equipment suggestions and home modifications.

• Implement a cooperative, interdisciplinary approach to healthcare and services.

• Promote a restorative health strategy by providing interventions, health coaching, and support for self-management.

• Leverage our digital platforms for effective care delivery, collaboration, documentation, and interventions.

• You must be a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
