Business Development Associate – Cell & Gene Therapy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and engage potential manufacturers in cell and gene therapy.

• Execute outbound outreach and lead generation initiatives.

• Facilitate initial discovery conversations and develop relationships.

• Assist in the early-stage qualification and development of commercialization opportunities in CGT.

• Work closely with teams in Commercial Operations, Legal, Finance, and Operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, commercial strategy, consulting, sales support, or similar roles within life sciences, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services sectors.

• Preferred experience in direct engagement with biopharmaceutical manufacturers.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare delivery and the drug development and commercialization lifecycles in pharmaceuticals.

• Capability to engage professionally and credibly with stakeholders from manufacturing.
