Occupational Therapist, Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver occupational therapy services through virtual platforms.

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations utilizing interviews, standardized assessment tools, and informal assessment methods.

• Create and execute evidence-based intervention plans in partnership with clients and their caregivers.

• Assign, oversee, and evaluate the performance of occupational therapy assistants as necessary.

• Ensure accurate, timely, and professional documentation, which includes: assessment results, care plans, progress and discharge summaries, and reports that meet referral source guidelines and COTO standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be registered in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).

• 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with computer applications, including the MS Office Suite and proprietary clinical software.
