This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver occupational therapy services utilizing a telehealth platform

• Perform evaluations, reassessments, and necessary treatment documentation

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs

• Collaborate with facility personnel and interdisciplinary care teams

• Track patient progress and modify interventions as required

• Ensure precise documentation and adhere to relevant clinical and regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Michigan (mandatory)

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is essential

• Previous experience with telehealth occupational therapy is necessary

• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and documentation abilities

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating with facility teams

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and telehealth technology
