Occupational Therapist – Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Instruct essential clinical competencies in patient care, treatment planning, rehabilitation methods, and training on adaptive equipment.

• Assist students in fulfilling certification prerequisites necessary for practice.

• Facilitate the job search process for entering the profession, which includes reviewing resumes, preparing for interviews, negotiating salaries, and strategizing networking efforts to help candidates secure their initial positions and establish industry connections.

• Determine your own working hours and rates, conduct sessions online, and collaborate with the team to provide a high-quality, supportive learning experience for each student.

• Demonstrated professional experience as an occupational therapist.

• Previous coaching or mentoring experience is preferred.

• A clear and organized method for assisting newcomers in navigating both the clinical and career aspects of the profession.
