This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver psychotherapy services in the role of a DBT Clinical Group Specialist.
• Engage in Rivia Mind supervision groups, training sessions, and attend department and organizational meetings.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy that aligns with Rivia Mind's culture, values, and standards of care.
• Perform thorough intake assessments, establish suitable diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships that encourage patient engagement, trust, and progress in treatment.
• Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Valid New York State License (LCSW/LMHC) is mandatory.
• Certification in DBT modalities is required.
• Master's degree in Social Work or a related graduate field such as Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a diverse range of patient populations.
• At least 3 years of combined training and active practice of DBT psychotherapy in more than half of your sessions.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in facilitating psychotherapy group therapy for adult patients is essential.
• Preferred experience in leading DBT skills groups for fellow clinicians or other evidence-based psychotherapy groups.
• Capability to effectively manage a consistent clinical caseload in a telehealth setting.
• Dedication to continuous learning, clinical consultation, and professional growth.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in utilizing various technology platforms and systems (Google Suite, company-wide software, and EHR platforms as applicable).
• Intermediate computer skills and technical aptitude are required.
• Up to 3 weeks of front-loaded PTO plus milestones for increases.
