Bilingual Independent Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Delivers patient care through evidence-based practices tailored to effectively address the clinical needs of patients.

• Implements specific treatment modalities in both individual and group therapy contexts.

• Reviews and signs off on patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and necessary consents.

• Accurately documents all services rendered and patient activities.

• Provides crisis intervention for individuals and families, based on the individual’s safety plan.

• Engages in regular case planning alongside the involved multidisciplinary team.

• Participates in individual and group supervision as mandated.

• Offers case management services to support recovery and facilitate community reintegration as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid, unrestricted mental health license in both the state of primary residence and the state where medical services are provided (Arizona).

• Comfortable operating in a remote work environment.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (Mandatory).

• Possesses a patient-first approach.
