Occupational Safety Specialist, Fire Safety Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance to our clients in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) as an external Occupational Safety Specialist in line with §6 ASiG.

• Perform site inspections, execute risk assessments, and deliver safety briefings and training.

• Assist in the implementation of occupational and fire safety protocols.

• Prepare documentation, reports, and maintain records of risk assessments.

• Organize or deliver fire safety training sessions and conduct evacuation drills.

• Act as an external Fire Safety Officer in accordance with DGUV Information 205-003.

• Optional: Serve as a trainer for fire safety assistants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training as an Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa).

• Additional qualifications or training as a Fire Safety Officer is a plus.

• Several years of experience in providing occupational safety support to businesses.

• Confident demeanor with a passion for direct customer interaction.

• Organized working style, strong sense of responsibility, and high self-motivation.

• Willingness to attend occasional on-site client meetings in NRW.

• Proficient in using digital tools (MS 365, video conferencing, etc.).
