This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Generate monthly reports on space utilization and maintain up-to-date space data throughout the portfolio.
• Oversee and validate site audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of data.
• Analyze utilization patterns and trends, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy of the CAFM system, which includes space allocations, neighborhood configurations, and employee assignments.
• Collect and analyze space and adjacency requirements from stakeholders.
• Create space plans, block diagrams, and test-fit scenarios utilizing AutoCAD.
• Develop and revise stack plans that reflect current occupancy and future needs.
• Design and implement occupancy strategies, complete with detailed migration sequencing plans.
• Facilitate effective communication among local teams, client CRE leadership, and JLL account management.
• Present findings and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
• Foster productive relationships that enable seamless project execution.
• 5–7 years of experience in corporate settings with a focus on strategic space or occupancy planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with CAFM/IWMS software platforms.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for test-fits and area calculations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative problem-solving skills to address data limitations and drive process improvements.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across time zones and with global teams.
• Flexibility to accommodate EMEA/AMER time zones.
• Proactive and innovative mindset, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Capability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Strategic thinking skills paired with business acumen.
• Experience with Facilities Management Systems (FMS) is preferred.
