Aircraft Maintenance Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and distribute scheduled maintenance plans and work packages to all relevant stakeholders.

• Collaborate with maintenance providers to ensure that maintenance requirements align with scope and capacity.

• Partner with the CASA Part 145 maintenance organization to guarantee timely and efficient execution of scheduled maintenance work packages.

• Work alongside Operations to harmonize operational demands and constraints.

• Consult with management on critical issues concerning the scheduled maintenance plan.

• Coordinate with Technical Services and Logistics to ensure the availability of necessary materials and specialized equipment.

• Follow procedures and work instructions to uphold airworthiness compliance.

• Enhance fleet maintenance delivery across maintenance teams nationwide.

• Organize maintenance scheduling and production planning for planned maintenance events at the Part 145 facility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance programs and aircraft maintenance planning, especially in line maintenance.

• Solid understanding of airworthiness regulations.

• Capability to comprehend technical documentation.

• Experience with computer-based maintenance systems such as Ramco, Trax, or IAS.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

• Experience in base/heavy maintenance is highly valued but not mandatory.

• Background in aviation logistical support is highly regarded but not essential.

• Eligibility to work in Australia.

• May need to comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements.
