Maintenance Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, coordinate, and monitor aircraft maintenance activities to guarantee fleet reliability and adherence to regulations.

• Work closely with Maintenance, Flight Operations, vendors, and management.

• Oversee maintenance schedules, organize inspections and repair events, and keep maintenance records updated.

• Reduce aircraft downtime through efficient scheduling and vendor collaboration.

• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and assist with aircraft audits and regulatory inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance planning, maintenance control, or coordination.

• Prior experience supporting Part 135 or Part 91 flight operations is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in managing aircraft maintenance records, inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Knowledge of FAA maintenance regulations and aircraft documentation standards.

• Proven experience coordinating with maintenance vendors, repair stations, and OEMs.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to handle multiple aircraft maintenance tasks concurrently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with aircraft maintenance tracking software such as CAMP, Corridor, Traxxall, or similar systems.
