This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collect and interpret nutrition science to provide clear, actionable insights that aid decision-making throughout the organization, from innovation to public and regulatory affairs.
• Employ a structured and analytical approach to evidence: examining studies, creating dossiers, and clarifying complex subjects such as dietary guidelines, health claims, and nutrition-related policies.
• Actively convey Oatly’s viewpoint by engaging in government consultations on matters like dietary guidelines, labeling, trade standards and restrictions, fortification, and public procurement.
• Develop trustworthy relationships with external stakeholders and represent Oatly in working groups and discussions that influence the future of sustainable diets.
• Participate and contribute at scientific, governmental, and industry events.
• Manage projects that enhance Oatly’s long-term position in a healthy, sustainable food system, balancing commercial and societal viewpoints while shaping our position statements along the way.
• Facilitate internal learning by assisting colleagues in understanding the nutritional aspects of our work, enabling us to communicate responsibly, confidently, and credibly.
• A BSc in Nutrition or Dietetics (mandatory)
• Preferably an MSc in Nutrition, Dietetics, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Approximately 8+ years of experience in nutrition/public health advocacy, preferably within corporate affairs
• Proven experience in translating complex scientific information into clear, engaging, and meaningful content for non-experts
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible role, available as full-time or part-time (minimum 60%)
