Nutrition Patient Care Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience for patients, healthcare providers, caregivers, and internal teams.

• Address inquiries, resolve issues, provide education, and uphold the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality service.

• Confirm insurance coverage, conduct benefit investigations, and secure prior authorizations.

• Assist the patient from the admissions/onboarding phase through the benefits verification and billing stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service or high-volume call center environment.

• At least one year of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, medical insurance, or billing settings.

• A minimum of one year of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
