Nursing Supervisor, LPN – MTM and Lifestyle Program

• Deliver patient care under the guidance of licensed professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

• Required to secure and uphold a current LPN license in the state of hiring.

• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS certification, and IV Certification.

• Proficient in assisting with and executing medical treatments and procedures.

• Ability to remain calm during emergency situations.

• Capable of interpreting, adapting, and implementing guidelines and policies.

• Basic skills in using computer terminals and keyboards.
