This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Provide academic guidance and oversight for online pre-licensure nursing courses.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality course delivery that aligns with program outcomes.
• Support faculty performance, student success, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with faculty members and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure course standardization and monitor performance metrics.
• Enhance the overall learning experience within a dynamic online environment.
• Maintain an assigned teaching load while delivering high-quality, student-centered online instruction.
• Act as the lead subject matter expert.
• Provide academic leadership to adjunct faculty.
• Lead initiatives for faculty development.
• Oversee the quality and integrity of courses.
• Drive continuous improvement for courses.
• Ensure integration and alignment of various course components.
• Provide oversight for assessment processes.
• Monitor trends in student performance and learning analytics.
• Establish and sustain effective communication channels with faculty and students.
• Guide faculty in strategies for remediation.
• Analyze course and program data to generate actionable insights.
• Master’s degree in nursing is required; a doctoral degree (DNP or PhD) is preferred.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted RN license in applicable states (CA, NV, MI, and Compact States) or the ability to obtain one prior to hiring.
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with demonstrated expertise in a specific specialty area.
• Experience in teaching within an online or blended environment, with proficiency in learning management systems and educational technologies.
• Proven experience in course coordination, curriculum oversight, or academic leadership in nursing education.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and support faculty and student success.
• Experience utilizing data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
