This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Support the Medical Services Team in enhancing the quality, safety, equity, and consistency of clinical care across affiliates.
• Assist in production processes, integration, implementation, and training programs related to PPFA Medical Standards & Guidelines.
• Acquire knowledge and contribute to clinical support and administrative tasks that aid frontline Planned Parenthood affiliate staff.
• Collaborate effectively with Medical Services Team members and the wider Care and Access Division.
• Engage in the planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of learning opportunities and both virtual and live events.
• Help plan, execute, and assess the PPFA National Medical Committee in-person meeting.
• Review, edit, and develop training materials and resources, including patient education content and clinical guideline FAQs.
• Support the PPFA Clinical Advisory Committee, including organizing quarterly meetings and managing membership processes.
• Take part in continuing education application procedures.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate nursing program through at least August 2027, or in an accredited graduate clinician program through at least August 2027.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience is required.
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new tech solutions.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, Asana, Smartsheet, and various webinar platforms.
• Skilled in communicating with diverse groups and collaborating within a multicultural workforce.
• Possess sensitivity to and appreciation for cultural differences.
• Ability to work effectively under remote supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Capable of conducting literature searches.
• Detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Comfortable supporting telecommuters.
