This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Create, evaluate, manage, and update clinical training resources.
• Analyze current training materials, pinpoint gaps, and develop additional content.
• Design a comprehensive training curriculum with a detailed agenda.
• Organize training sessions for nurses and stakeholders, including task assignments and assessment scoring.
• Track quality assurance trends related to new hires and enhance training resources.
• Engage in monthly quality assurance calibrations.
• Maintain weekly communication with new hires prior to orientation to assist with internet setup and application submissions.
• Educate users on equipment, software, and technological tools.
• Ensure documentation standards for medical records are upheld.
• Follow up with newly onboarded nurses after 90 days to evaluate training and address inquiries.
• Create content for Lessonly and monitor nurse progression.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical and user-performance issues.
• Provide additional training for nurses facing challenges and relay progress to supervisors/managers.
• Deliver summary updates to supervisors after individual nurse support sessions.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings.
• Occasionally assist in answering calls to help manage the customer service queue.
• Undertake other duties as required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
• A valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of training experience is required.
• In-depth knowledge and experience in quality assurance and training programs is necessary.
• Strong organizational capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple complex projects and competing priorities.
• Effective quantitative and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting, functioning as an educator rather than as an auditor.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.
