Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform virtual assessments for patients and create tailored care plans.

• Identify and manage both acute and chronic health issues through telehealth platforms.

• Provide education to patients regarding health management and preventive care methods.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee thorough patient care.

• Record patient interactions and care plans within electronic health records (EHR).

• Keep abreast of telehealth regulations and best practices to maintain compliance.

• Offer follow-up care and support to patients as required.

• Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing with an emphasis on Nurse Practitioner training.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Georgia and board certification.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience, ideally in telehealth.

• Excellent communication abilities and a caring attitude.

• Skilled in utilizing telehealth technology and electronic health records.

• Capacity to work autonomously and effectively manage time in a remote environment.

• Dedication to delivering patient-centered care and ongoing education.

• Familiarity with telehealth regulations and best practices is an advantage.
