Nurse Practitioner, Obesity Medicine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• We are seeking skilled Nurse Practitioners who are enthusiastic about obesity medicine and possess recent experience in this field to offer ongoing telehealth services for individuals dealing with obesity.

• Work collaboratively with physicians and registered dietitians to provide outstanding team-oriented care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Nurse Practitioner degree, with a background in Obesity Medicine, including effective evidence-based lifestyle counseling and pharmacotherapy.

• Hold a valid license to practice and prescribe in CA, CO, or WA.

• An RN Compact license or multistate license is advantageous.

• Have over 2 years of experience in outpatient or obesity medicine, endocrinology, or bariatrics, and/or more than 2 years of experience in obesity medicine within a primary care/internal medicine environment.

• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and team members.

• Show a commitment to delivering the highest quality of medical care and an evidence-based approach to managing obesity.

• Have prior experience conducting telemedicine appointments and possess an excellent 'web-side' manner.

• Bilingual candidates with medical proficiency in Spanish are strongly preferred.
