Nurse Practitioner – Hormones, Peptides, Longevity

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive and integrated care in various fields including peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight management, anti-aging, injury recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair loss, and skincare.

• Perform professional telehealth consultations with patients, encompassing hormone assessments, general health evaluations, lab screenings, medication prescriptions, and necessary follow-up care.

• Record patient care services by documenting in both patient and departmental records.

• Offer compassionate and impactful care by utilizing shared decision-making with patients and collaborating with physicians to ensure thorough care.

• Inform patients about suitable treatments and care plans tailored to their health history, wellness objectives, and medication access.

• Provide ongoing clinical assistance to patients as they navigate their health journeys, including managing medication side effects and modifying treatment plans based on the patient's progress towards set goals.

• Complete mandatory onboarding, participate in quality assurance activities, finish new provider training and assessments, and comply with company guidelines, policies, procedures, and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states including Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Washington.

• Active DEA registration in good standing in at least one state where you hold a license with authority to prescribe Schedule III-V substances.

• Certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Certification Board (AANPCB) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner; 3-5+ years of experience is preferred.

• Experience in several areas such as peptide therapy, hormone therapy, weight loss (GLP-1), anti-aging, injury recovery, cognitive health, sexual wellness, hair loss, and skincare.

• Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing patient education and health, built on a foundation of clarity and compassion.

• A patient-centered approach focusing on the quality of care and outcomes.

• Openness to learning, pursuing continuing education, and staying informed about advancements in the field.

• Availability of at least 10 hours per week, with the ability to schedule appointments at least a month in advance.
