Nurse Practitioner, Arizona License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage a comprehensive patient panel focusing on perimenopause, menopause, weight management, sexual health, mood, and sleep through virtual consultations.

• Deliver ongoing, relationship-centered healthcare over extended periods.

• Prescribe and autonomously oversee hormone replacement therapy (HRT), including estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.

• Assess patients for pharmacologic weight management options, including GLP-1 therapies.

• Make independent clinical decisions.

• Complete necessary documentation and ensure follow-through while achieving productivity standards.

• Conduct efficient patient visits while fostering a warm environment and ensuring care continuity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current board certification: FNP-C / FNP-BC or WHNP-BC.

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license; DEA registration preferred.

• Willingness to secure additional state licenses; having multiple licenses is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner.

• Proven experience in independently managing a patient caseload.

• Comfortable delivering care through telemedicine platforms.

• High level of technical proficiency and adaptability to new technologies.

• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

• Experience in menopause care, HRT, patient panel management, telemedicine, pharmacologic weight management, or GLP-1 therapies is advantageous.

• Certification in Menopause (MSCP) and/or Obesity Medicine is a plus.

• Top candidates usually have over a year of experience in pharmacologic weight management.
