This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and virtual care by engaging with patients through live messaging, video, phone, and/or email.
• Record information within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Adhere to and implement clinically validated triage protocols.
• Guarantee the highest standards of customer service for both patients and providers.
• Carry out fundamental nursing duties, including outpatient testing and medication management.
• Resolve technology issues encountered by patients.
• Strive to provide a seamless patient call center experience.
• Manage lab orders, prescription requests, radiology tests, and all aspects of patient care.
• Participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and improving patients' telemedicine experiences.
• Assist in identifying technological needs that can enhance patient experiences.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical hospital experience, preferably in the ICU or ER.
• An active, unencumbered compact RN license.
• At least an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Capability to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• A strong passion for patient care and triage.
