This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manages the triage of new patient appointments to the suitable provider(s)

• Evaluates external medical records to ensure appropriate scheduling

• Identifies obstacles to care and connects patients with support services

• Provides education on the treatment plan to patients based on their diagnosis

• Offers support to patients throughout their care journey

• Advises individuals and patients on healthy lifestyle practices

• Works collaboratively with a team of multidisciplinary experts

• Facilitates enhancements in patient care

• Guides and mentors fellow healthcare professionals

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Ability to foster effective interpersonal relationships

• Proficient in oral and written communication

• Skilled in data collection, organization, and analysis

• Competent in using computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and Electronic Medical Record systems
