This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Analyze and convert clinical user needs into IT solutions that are in line with clinical workflows, patient care, and population-level health outcomes.
• Transform clinical objectives into strategic goals aimed at enhancing patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical and business leaders while managing crucial stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clinical objectives and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Gather requirements from clinical staff, executives, product teams, UX teammates, business SMEs, operations, and leadership.
• Oversee solution requirements specifications, use cases, screen layouts, process flows, functional and non-functional requirements, and other design artifacts.
• Build and sustain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work alongside clinical and business leaders to enhance care delivery, documentation, efficiency, patient outcomes, cost of care, and engagement.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical/business users and product, engineering, QA, and other IT teams.
• Act as a clinical subject matter expert and consultant for the CMIO during projects, meetings, and group discussions.
• Review and provide feedback on training materials and product communications.
• Facilitate train-the-trainer and demonstration sessions for clinical partners, trainers, helpdesk/support teams, and business partners.
• Comprehensive understanding of clinical objectives and workflows.
• Proficiency in eliciting and managing requirements from clinical, business, product, UX, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Capability to create and oversee solution requirements specifications, use cases, screen layouts, process flows, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Clinical subject matter expertise for consulting on various projects, meetings, and groups.
• Competence in collaborating with clinical and business leaders on care delivery, documentation, efficiency, outcomes, cost of care, and engagement initiatives.
• Skill in acting as a liaison between clinical/business users and product, engineering, QA, and IT teams.
• Ability to review and evaluate training materials and product communications.
• Experience in conducting train-the-trainer and demonstration sessions.
• Proven ability to make independent decisions and exhibit autonomy within IT solutioning.
