This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct digital demonstration appointments and follow up until closing.
• Generate ideas for renewal, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• You are proactive and do not get disheartened by a “no.”
• You play a role in product development by providing customer feedback to our product team.
• Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse.
• Earned a degree in Nursing Education, Nursing Management, Nursing Science, or another nursing-related area.
• Strong communication and client acquisition (sales) capabilities.
• Motivated, socially adept, and comfortable engaging with new individuals.
• Flexible, dependable, and presents a professional appearance.
• A desire to work in a flat organizational structure.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient English skills for internal communication.
• Flexible working hours without weekend or public holiday shifts.
• Full-time employment (40 hours per week).
