Nurse Director – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily healthcare operations of the community to ensure that residents' healthcare needs are effectively addressed.

• Guarantee that residents receive respectful treatment and high-quality care as their healthcare needs evolve.

• Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care personnel within the community.

• Enhance clinical processes within the community until a successor is appointed, and provide support to the newly assigned Health and Wellness Director.

• Travel within the division as necessary to assist with management vacancies, new initiatives, vacations, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications necessary to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

• Preferred experience in nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care.

• Basic typing skills and a working knowledge of personal computing and word processing software are essential, ideally in a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Valid LPN/LVN or RN license.
