Nurse Director – RN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily healthcare operations of the community to ensure that residents' healthcare requirements are fulfilled.

• Ensure that residents are treated with dignity and respect while providing quality care as their healthcare needs evolve.

• Supervise licensed nurses and other direct care personnel within the community.

• Enhance clinical processes within the community until a replacement is appointed, then assist the newly assigned Health and Wellness Director.

• Travel within the division as required to support management gaps, startups, vacations, and other needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education necessary to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).

• Preferred experience in nurse management, senior living, or post-acute care.

• Basic typing skills along with a solid understanding of personal computing and word processing software, ideally within a Microsoft Windows environment.

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license.
