This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assess patient records, treatment history, provider input, and supporting documentation to ensure readiness for case action and subsequent processing.
• Implement established clinical and operational procedures that facilitate patient enrollment, therapy coordination, case advancement, and access to prescribed treatments.
• Review case activities, follow-up actions, and documentation quality to pinpoint discrepancies, delays, and process inefficiencies.
• Analyze therapy access barriers, coverage challenges, and coordination risks for prompt escalation and resolution.
• Interpret program protocols, product guidelines, and operational requirements to guide patients, providers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, pharmacies, clinics, and support teams to minimize interruptions in therapy access or administration.
• Maintain adverse event reporting, documentation controls, and communication standards in accordance with clinical, quality, and regulatory expectations.
• A Diploma in healthcare or a related discipline.
• Active registration as a Licensed Nurse (RN or RPN/LPN) from the College of Nurses in the province of employment is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical operations, care coordination, and case management processes.
• Understanding of patient support program workflows and therapy access pathways.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, record maintenance, and audit requirements.
• Proficiency in treatment protocols, therapy administration support, and patient education practices.
• Acquainted with reimbursement navigation, coverage processes, and funding support activities.
• Expertise in adverse event reporting, quality controls, and compliance standards.
• Ability to accurately interpret clinical, operational, and reimbursement-related information.
• Capability to assess case status, service risks, and barriers to therapy access.
• Skill in validating documentation and maintaining precise case records.
• Proficient in coordinating interactions among patients, providers, pharmacies, clinics, and internal teams.
• Competent in clearly and professionally communicating complex care and program information.
• Capacity to stabilize case progression through timely follow-ups, escalations, and issue resolutions.
• Ability to audit case activities and identify gaps in process execution or documentation quality.
• Commitment to upholding confidentiality, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in daily responsibilities.
