Nurse Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the main clinical resource within a team of claim examiners handling medical disability and accommodation cases.

• Offer consultation, feedback, and documentation to aid claim examiners in comprehending functional impairments related to employees’ roles, focusing on facilitating the return of medically fit individuals to work.

• Provide insights on medical claims in accordance with their licensure and clinical proficiency.

• Capable of articulating claim decisions and contract details clearly, both verbally and in written communications.

• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written, which are crucial for the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, or similar license, with relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience is required, preferably in the occupational health sector.

• Experience in disability claims management or Workers' Compensation claim management is preferred.

• Committed to delivering high-quality customer service, utilizing diplomacy, patient advocacy, and professional expertise.

• Availability to work evening and night shifts is necessary.

• Must provide evidence of an appropriate degree.
